By making a reservation at\u00a0Passos Collection<\/b>, guests agree to these Terms & Conditions, designed to ensure a comfortable, safe and peaceful stay for everyone.<\/p>\n
Reservations and payment<\/b>
A reservation is considered confirmed once confirmation and payment have been received in accordance with the conditions of the selected rate. Prices, payment terms and applicable conditions are presented at the time of booking.<\/p>\n
Cancellations and changes<\/b>
Cancellation, modification and refund conditions depend on the selected rate and are presented before the reservation is confirmed. Reservations made through third-party booking platforms are also subject to the conditions of the respective platform.<\/p>\n
Check-in and check-out<\/b>
Check-in is available from\u00a03:00 PM<\/b>\u00a0and check-out must be completed by\u00a011:00 AM<\/b>. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and prior confirmation.<\/p>\n
Apartment occupancy<\/b>
The apartment may only be occupied by the guests included in the reservation. Parties and events are not permitted, nor are activities that may disturb other guests, neighbours or the normal operation of the building.<\/p>\n
Peace and quiet<\/b>
We kindly ask our guests to respect the tranquillity of the building and neighbourhood and to avoid excessive noise, particularly during nighttime hours. Applicable noise regulations must be respected at all times.<\/p>\n
Use of the apartment<\/b>
Guests are expected to use the apartment, furniture, equipment and common areas responsibly. Any damage or malfunction should be reported to Passos Collection as soon as it is identified.<\/p>\n
Non-smoking<\/b>
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments or in the indoor common areas of the building.<\/p>\n
Cleaning<\/b>
The apartment is provided clean and prepared for your stay. Additional cleaning and changes of bed linen or towels during the stay are not included unless specifically arranged or purchased.<\/p>\n
Porto Tourist Tax<\/b>
The Porto Municipal Tourist Tax may apply to the stay in accordance with the municipal regulations in force. The current rate is\u00a0\u20ac3 per person, per night, for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights<\/b>, subject to the exemptions established by the applicable municipal regulations.<\/p>\n
Security and access<\/b>
Access codes or other access credentials provided to guests are personal and intended exclusively for guests included in the reservation. For security reasons, they should not be shared with third parties.<\/p>\n
Personal belongings<\/b>
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their stay. We recommend checking the apartment carefully before departure.<\/p>\n
Complaints Book<\/b>
Passos Collection provides access to the Portuguese Complaints Book in accordance with applicable legislation. The Electronic Complaints Book is also available through the official Portuguese platform.<\/p>\n
Applicable law<\/b>
Passos Collection operates in accordance with Portuguese legislation applicable to Local Accommodation (Alojamento Local<\/i>) and the applicable rules and regulations of the Municipality of Porto.<\/p>\n
